Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are handmade in Portugal, in the Guimaraes region north of Porto.
What types of leather do you use?
We use different types of leather that we select from the best Italian tanneries.
What are your maintenance instructions?
There are different types of maintenance depending on the materials we use. For more information, we invite you to consult our Maintenance Guide .
Should I waterproof my product?
We advise you to waterproof your products regularly, whatever the weather.
Should I have a pad placed under the leather sole of my Jazzettes?
To increase the lifespan of your Jazzettes, we recommend having a pad applied after every few wears. This will give your sole better grip and also protect it from wear.
SIZE
What are your shoes?
All our shoes are designed to fit according to European standards. The design and comfort of each of our products has been carefully crafted to fit the shape of your foot. We invite you to consult our Size Guide to find your exact size. If you are still unsure, you can contact us at: customers@gcparis.com
What should I do if I got the wrong size?
We offer free and fast exchanges for our customers in mainland France. Simply email us at customers@gcparis.com with your order reference and desired size. We will email you your return slip.

How long does it take to ship my order?
We offer two shipping options: Standard or Express. For more details, see our Shipping & Returns section.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing a link allowing you to track your package until it is received.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Is delivery charged?
Delivery is free in mainland France. It costs between €10 and €20 abroad, depending on the country.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping option chosen. For more details, see our Shipping and Returns section.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your product. To be returned, products must be returned with all packaging and must not have been worn or damaged. Refunds are issued by crediting your credit card. Return shipping and handling are free (excluding promotional periods).
SHOP / SHOWROOM / POP-UP STORE
Do you have a store/reseller where I can try/purchase your products?
We distribute our products primarily online, directly from you to us, as it's difficult for us to sell at the prices we charge, due to the significant margins charged by intermediaries. However, we occasionally open pop-up stores to connect with our community. We also have a special partnership with the concept store l'Exception, which currently distributes a selection of our products. You can find them at 24, rue Berger, 75001 Paris.
Do you have a showroom?
We are available to meet you by appointment at our offices in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. To do so, simply contact us at: customers@gcparis.com
How to stay informed about your pop-up stores?
We communicate the locations and dates of our pop-up stores and other events via our newsletter, as well as our Facebook page and on Instagram.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Do I have to create a customer account to order?
You don't have to create an account to place an order, but we recommend it. This will allow you to quickly find your history, place orders, edit your addresses, and track your package online. You'll also be notified of new product releases and other special events.
Do you save my bank details?
No, we do not have access to your banking information. Our secure payment system is managed by Braintree (Paypal) and guarantees the confidentiality of your data.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also complete your order using PayPal.
